Bassett's Putts to Victory!

W. E. Bassett's blew away the field in the B & B Indoor Training Mini-Golf Tournament with a whopping 19 stoke victory over second place Griffin Health Services #6. The margin was the biggest in the tournaments history. The winning team of Yolanda Vankuren, Marsha Williams, Brick King, and Paul Jones was paced by King who tied Bob Bolek of Griffin #6 for the low round for the tournament with a score of 42. Jones had the third lowest score of the day with a 48.

Bob Bolek's 42 paved the way for Griffin #6's second place finish. Other members of the team were Rob Blake, Lori Senecten and Shelly Blake. Griffin's #1 team picked up third place honors with a 224 score that was one stroke better than Gordon Rubber's 225. Griffin's team members included Carol Kozlowski, Jan DiMauro, Peter Morrow and Joe DiMauro.

In the individual standings, King and Bolek had the low scores of 42 while Birmingham Health Service's John Yeager finished third with a 46.
