Two non-profit executives, Ron Barisano of the Boy
Scouts and Sue Reilly of the Valley YMCA, won a narrow victory over Joe
Arszyla and Mike Byrens of Plastic Molding Technology in the Healthy
Team Competition. The dynamic due which was spotted regularly in the
exercise room at the Y, posted a score of 135 points while Arszyla and
Byrens were only 2 points behind at 133.
The Birmingham Group captured both third and fourth
place with Jim Gannon and Debbie Fernandez placing third follwed by Kim
Kleopter and Paulette Krhla. TEAM rounded out the top five with its team
of Linda Redding and Donna Hill.
The Healthy Team event is spread over the entire
course of the Corporate Cup with events starting with a pre-screening
and finishing with a post-screening. This year the Y2K walk was added as
a mandatory for the participants.
