Griffin Hospital Community Corporate Cup. Valley United Way and the
Valley YMCA are pleased to be offering this great community event
for the 15th consecutive year and invite you and your fellow
employees to join us in creating a healthier lifestyle, building
employee morale and showing community spirit.

February 28 |
The Healthy Team event is the heart and soul of the
Corporate Cup. Starting with pre-testing in February and
culminating with post testing in May, this event gives you
all the tools that you need to make a real difference in
your healthy life style. Included at no additional costs are
free meals, stress reduction classes and a membership at the
Valley YMCA. |

March 12 |
This non-handicapped event is for teams of four bowlers.
Come and join employees from many other Valley companies in
a completely smoke-free environment at the Valley Bowl. |

March 23 |
Here's your chance to demonstrate some real hand-eye
coordination and get a tour of the facilities at the Valley
YMCA at the same time. |

April 4 |
Snookers in downtown Ansonia is once again the host for
this popular event which draws a large crowd for the
eight-ball competition. Snookers is always a great host and
their spacious facility is a great venue for this event. |

April 30 |
Get your team together and start practicing now for the
most physical of all the team events which will once again
be held at the Shelton Intermediate School. Call the Y to
book a practice time now. |

May 11 |
You probably didn't know that horseshoes could be so
competitive! The facility at the Sutter-Terlizzi America
Legion Post in Shelton will really surprise you. |

May 25 |
Shelton's incomparable Connecticut Sports Center is once
again the site for this year's mini-golf tournament. You
don't need a big hitter for your team of four, but skilled
putters are very much in demand! Come early or stay late and
use some of the other great facilities located at the
Center. |

June 2 |
A great event to end the year's competition. Bring
everyone in your office along for an easy walk on the all
weather track at Shelton High School. It's only a 2K walk,
but it will do wonders for your spirits! |
