For the second straight year, Jan Jurgielewica, Leon Mandrona, Jr., Tony Cerrone and Jason Ranin pf Perkin Elmer topped the field in the Corporate Cup Bowling tournament held at Valley Bowl in Derby. In the process, they increased their score by more than 100 pins from 2003 to a total of 2,062 topping the runner-up Griffin Hospital Powerballs who had a total of 1908 pins. The Powerballs were Michelle Wysowski, Mari Martino, Pat O'Brien and Connie Sexton.

Perkin Elmer established the tone for the day right from the start as their 729 score in game one was 88 pins better than the Powerballs' 641. Tony Cerrone's 232 in the first game and 589 triple paced the winning team.

Gordon Rubber, runners-up in 2004 and champions in 2003, finished a strong third with a total of 1908 pins. Griffins Ten Pins finished fourth with 1785 pins giving Griffin two teams in the top five.

Spectrum Plastics rounded out the top five a scant two pins behind the Griffin Ten Pins with 1783.
