Spectrum Wins 2002 Tourney

John Wilson (L) and Fred Beermunder captured the Billiards Tourney

Fred Beermunder and new partner John Wilson have given Spectrum Plastics a repeat title in the 2002 Billiards Tournament as they topped a field of twenty-one teams including a victory over fellow employees Nelson Kraft and Lamont Riley in the finals. A year ago, Beermunder teamed with Jay Krivensky to win the title. The title win capped a four round sweep for the champs as they defeated Tele-Meida #4, First Union, and Tele-Media #5 on their way to the top. Spectrum # 3 advanced to the finals with wins over the Birmingham Group, Gordon Rubber and United Illuminating.
